Jon (he/him) is the Chief Performance Officer at 15Five, and has over 20 years of global, cross-industry consulting experience developing leaders and teams through progressive leadership and management development programs that accelerate business performance and growth. He is also the former Chief People & Culture Officer at SharkNinja, where he built the Talent Development function, trained over 500 leaders and managers during his tenure, and implemented 15Five across the entire 1,600 global FTE population. Jon received his MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business, and his BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Emily (she/her) is the VP of Transformational Services. She brings 8+ years of experience as an advisor, trainer, and coach for companies across all industries including Visa, Tesla, Citrix, and ThermoFisher. Emily specializes in using frameworks of change management with applied learning and technology to support high-growth organizations in making the shift from ‘command and control’ to ‘collaborate and coach’. Emily is a diehard intrapreneur and lover of social science, having earned her BA in Sociology from Bard College, with a specialty in performing arts from NYU Tisch School.
Sage (they/them) is the Senior Manager of Services Delivery at 15Five. They have two decades of experience consulting and coaching on strategic growth, human behavior, and generational dynamics. Their expertise is in integrating analytical, creative, strategic, and relational thinking as a facilitator of discovery for individuals, teams, and organizations. Sage thrives on creating moments of meaning and connection through brave conversations built around understanding, vulnerability, passion, and exposure to new ideas, people, and places. Sage is a former Senior VP of Futures consulting at Kantar and holds a BBA in Marketing & Consumer Behavior from the Ohio University Honors Tutorial College.
Chelsea (she/her) is the Director of Customer Support as well as a Transformational Services Consultant at 15Five. She is an up-and-coming business consultant with a style inspired by her education in Psychology and Eastern religions. She has been supporting 15Five customers in their success since 2017 and has been life-coaching for her passion project, Miss Potentiality, since 2019. Chelsea received a BS in Psychology from Florida State, and holds certifications in Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania. She is also currently a candidate for ICF coaching certification.
Nicole (she/her) has 18+ years of leadership and management experience as a Marine Corps Officer. She has 6 years of active duty with 3 Middle East deployments. Nicole is currently a Lieutenant Colonel and was selected for command of MWSS-472. Nicole also spent 4 years with Gallup maximizing all people points within organizations. During this time, she was a Senior Consultant for 2 years leading client accounts and spent 2 years as country manager for Australia & New Zealand.
