What are Insights Briefings?
Insights Briefings occur after the engagement assessment and are a time where your People Insights Consultant will review the results with leadership. Depending on your package, you may have one or more briefings for your organization.
The Insights Briefing may include your C-Suite, head of Human Resources and/or higher-level leaders in the organization who "own" a sizable function of the business (division, business unit, location, etc.). The goal is for these sessions to include people who are ultimately accountable for employee engagement in the organization or their area.
You can work with your People Insights Consultant to determine the best strategy for your Insights Briefings. Your Consultant can help you determine and assign who should be at each briefing.
How to schedule Insights Briefings
The Emplify Account Owner for your organization can schedule Insights Briefings from the Engagement Journey Timeline.
1. Go to your current Engagement Cycle
This is the cycle that includes your most recent engagement assessment.
2. Click the Schedule button for the Insights Briefing you want to schedule
The Emplify Account Owner for your organization is the one who will be able to see and schedule the briefings.
3. Select the date and time for the Briefing.
4. Enter the details for the event.
Add your name, email address, include any other leaders that will be a part of the session, and answer the questions from your consultant to help them prep for the time. Once you have completed the form, confirm by clicking the Schedule Event button.
Once the briefing has been scheduled, you will see the scheduled date and time on the event. It will also show a Scheduled status.
You will also get a confirmation email with the option to add to your personal calendar. You can reschedule from the confirmation email or by clicking View Details from the Journey timeline.
