The comments collected from employees in the Dynamic Feedback section of the engagement assessment are available to users with limited access to results. Limited access users can see these comments from the following sections in the Insights Dashboard:

Limited access users can view a list of comments from all the employees they have access to by navigating to Feedback > Dynamic. All comments will be listed with the ability to search for keywords and filter by sentiment.

Limited access users can only view comments from the employees they have been given access to through group permissions, but they DO NOT have any ability to filter or segment those results.
