The comments collected from employees in the Dynamic Feedback section of the engagement assessment are available to users with limited access to results. Limited access users can see these comments from the following sections in the Insights Dashboard:

  • Feedback

  • Results

Viewing all Dynamic Feedback comments

Limited access users can view a list of comments from all the employees they have access to by navigating to Feedback > Dynamic. All comments will be listed with the ability to search for keywords and filter by sentiment.

Viewing Dynamic Feedback comments by group

Limited access users can view comments from a specific group of employees by going to the Results section of the Insights Dashboard and selecting the group they want to view. From the group results, navigate to the Drivers tab to see a list of engagement drivers and scores. You can click on any driver to see more details including any comments from employees in the group about the specific driver.
