This checklist is your guide to make sure everything is ready for the assessment launch day.
The employee data for the assessment is due two (2) days before the assessment start date. If you need extra help, reach out to our Support Team for a data call.
Manage employee data with a spreadsheet import - Download your data template by going to Settings > Employees in the Insights Dashboard. You can add or update data in the spreadsheet, attach the file in the dashboard, and our team will import those updates.
Manage employee data in the dashboard - You can also make edits to employee data directly from the employee list in the Settings > Employees section in Insights Dashboard.
Plan for the Rule of Five - Keep in mind the Rule of Five when selecting the groups that will be included in the survey results.
We recommend sending an announcement to employees 1 week before the assessment start date.
Complete before the assessment start date.
Ask your IT folks to update their allowlist - simply send them this guide!
You can check that it is set up correctly by clicking the View Details button for a scheduled assessment. Scroll to the Assessment Notifications section and click the Send Test Message button. You can select a People Insights user and send a test message to verify that emails are being received.
