Our new Emplify Survey 4.0 includes four Spheres of Experience that categorize drivers based on the environments at work that influence employees. We've added the following spheres to the survey - Work Experience, Leadership, Manager, and Coworkers. When employees take Survey 4.0, a prompt is displayed before a set of questions to guide them on what sphere they should think about when responding.
