Results graphs in Emplify Insights can be downloaded as PNGs to share the data outside of the portal.

Note: Downloading functionality is only supported in Chrome.

Follow these steps to download:

1. Click the Download icon in the upper right corner.

Graphs can be downloaded from the Org. Overview, Results, or Group Detail screens.

2. Select the graph to download.

Graphs available to download will be listed.

Add the graphs to emails, posters, or presentations to help share engagement results.

The following graphs can be downloaded from the Org. Overview screen to represent results for the entire organization:

Score Meter - Download the organization's Emplify Score and current engagement level
Score Trend - Download the trend line of previous Emplify scores
Response Rate - Download the response rate of the current survey with the trend line of previous response rates
Engagement Flow - Download the graphs with employees counts in each engagement level for the last four Emplify surveys
Strengths - Download the engagement driver Strengths for the organization
Struggles - Download the engagement driver Struggles for the organization
Focus Areas - Download the Strengths and Struggles for the organization
Drivers - Download the list of driver score, change, influence, and trend lines for the organization

The following graphs can be downloaded from the Results screen to present results for a specific Group Type:

List - When viewing the List tab, download the list of groups within the selected Group Type to share Emplify Score, change, response rate, and engagement breakdown
Heatmap - When viewing the Heatmap tab, download the heatmap for the selected Group Type to share engagement driver scores

The following graphs can be downloaded from any Group Detail screen to present results for a specific group:

Score Meter - Download the group's Emplify Score and current engagement level
Score Trend - Download the trend line of previous Emplify scores
Response Rate - Download the response rate of the current survey with the trend line of previous response rates
Engagement Flow - Download the graphs with the percent of employees in each engagement level for the last four Emplify surveys
Strengths - Download the engagement driver Strengths for the group
Struggles - Download the engagement driver Struggles for the group
Focus Areas - Download the Strengths and Struggles for the group
Drivers - Download the list of driver score, change, influence, and trend lines for the group
Cross-Segmented List - When viewing the List tab on the Group Detail, the list of cross-segmented groups with Emplify Score, change, response rate, and engagement breakdown can be downloaded.
Cross-Segmented Heatmap - When viewing the Heatmap tab on the Group Detail, the heatmap with driver scores for cross-segmented groups can be downloaded.
