There are a few instances when an employee will not receive an invite to complete a survey. 

1. Employee unsubscribed from one quarter of surveys.

Unsubscribing removes the employee from both reminder emails and SmartPulse invitations for one quarter of surveys. Employees can unsubscribe if they no longer work at the organization or if the email was sent in error.

2. Their email or phone number was not correct in the Emplify database. 

To correct this, contact your Customer Success Manager to update employee information. 

3. The invite to the Emplify survey was routed to their junk or spam folder. 

Have employees check both junk and spam to make sure their survey invite was not hidden by mistake.
