Our new Emplify Survey 4.0 includes four Spheres of Experience that categorize drivers based on the environments at work that influence employees. We've added the following spheres to the survey - Work Experience, Leadership, Manager, and Coworkers. When employees take Survey 4.0, a prompt is displayed before a set of questions to guide them on what sphere they should think about when responding. 

Work Experience

Definition: The work environment and organizational culture impact the engagement drivers that are part of this sphere.

Survey Prompt: For the following statements, consider your work experience at {Org. Name} and answer the following questions.

Leadership

Manager

Definition: An employee's direct manager impacts the engagement drivers that are part of this sphere.

Survey Prompt: Think about the working relationship you have with your manager and answer the following questions.

Coworkers

Definition: The working relationship with an employee's immediate coworkers impacts the engagement drivers that are part of this sphere.

Viewing Results

Once a survey is complete, the survey results will reflect which sphere each driver is associated with. In the Engagement Drivers List, the new Sphere column includes the related sphere of experience for each driver. This column is also sortable.
