The Emplify Survey is now available in Japanese. If you have purchased Japanese as part of your package, your Customer Success Manager will work with you to get this functionality enabled. Learn more about that process here.
Employee Perspective: Taking the Survey in Japanese
1. Employees receive the survey invitation via email or SMS.
If the employee's preferred language has been specified before the survey starts, they will receive the invitation in their preferred language.
If an employee receives the invitation in English, but would prefer to view the message in Japanese, they can click on the email to "日本語で見る" This will open the email in a browser window with the content translated in Japanese.
If an employee receives the invitation via SMS in English, but would prefer to view the message in Japanese, they can respond to the text with "日本語" to receive the text message in Japanese.
Note: Once they request to receive the message in Japanese, we will set that as their preferred language and future communications to the employee will be sent in Japanese.
2. Employees click the link to take the Emplify Survey
If Japanese has been set as the employee's preferred language, the Emplify Survey will open in Japanese.
If Japanese has not been set as the employee's preferred language, they still have the option to take the survey in Japanese by changing the language at the top of the survey.
Note: Once an employee changes their language, we will set this as their preferred language so future communication and surveys will be displayed in that language.
