✅ Supported Functionality

  1. Emplify Survey - All statements on the quarterly Emplify Survey are available in Burmese.
  2. Survey Communications, Email & SMS - All invitations and reminders to promote the survey are available in Burmese. Employees can receive these communications via email or SMS.
  3. SmartPulse - All SmartPulse questions are available in Burmese. This includes the "start or stop" and "keep" version of each question. 
  4. SmartPulse Communications, Email & SMS - All invitations and reminders to promote a SmartPulse are available in Burmese. Employees can receive these communications via email or SMS.

❌ Not Supported

  1. Content in the Emplify Portal - The survey results and data displayed in the Emplify Portal are only available in English.
  2. Translation of SmartPulse Responses - SmartPulse responses will be displayed as they were written by the employee. Currently, we do not offer translation for SmartPulse responses.
  3. SmartPulse Group Names - Group names for SmartPulse are displayed as they are labeled. We do not translate the group name to reflect the employee's preferred language. If the group name is changed for a SmartPulse, this will be displayed as it is entered and will not be translated to reflect the preferred language.
  4. Survey Substitutions - Burmese translations are not available for the substituted terms in the Emplify Survey.
  5. Texting International Phone Numbers - We are able to send SMS messages to employees in Burmese, but the Emplify system only supports sending messages to US phone numbers.
