As you view results for a specific group on the Group Detail, there may be more insight available by viewing cross-segment data. Cross-segment functionality allows you to examine survey results for employee segments within a group (i.e. departments within a location). You can view the following data for these segments:

  • Emplify Score
  • Driver Scores

View Emplify Score

To view the Emplify Scores for segments within a group, click on the List tab at the top of the Group Detail screen.

The List tab will display Emplify Scores for the employee segments. In the example, we're looking at the scores for departments within the Carmel location. 

Note: Only groups with at least five responses will display to maintain our Rule of 5 policy.

You can adjust the groups that are shown by changing the dropdown in the upper left corner of the List tab. This will allow you to view data for any of the Group Types listed. For example, we can view Emplify Scores at the Carmel location based on the employee generations.

View Driver Scores

To view the Driver scores for segments within a group, click on the Heatmap tab at the top of the Group Detail screen.

In the example, we're looking at the Driver scores for departments within the Carmel location. 

Note: Only groups with at least five responses will display to maintain our Rule of 5 policy.

You can adjust the groups that are displayed by changing the dropdown in the upper left corner of the Heatmap tab. This will allow you to view driver data for any of the Group Types listed. For example, we can view the Heatmap based on the employee generations present at the Carmel location.
