Focus Areas are located on the Group Detail and display the engagement drivers that employees provided the most Dynamic Feedback on during the Emplify Survey. Employees are asked one of two questions at the end of the Emplify Survey based on their results:

  • Maintain: We noticed you rated the following statements higher than others. What recommendations do you have for your manager to maintain this?
  • Improvement: We noticed you rated the following statements lower than others. What recommendations do you have for your manager on how to improve this?

From the comments collected, we recommend focusing on the drivers with the most feedback provided. Each Focus Area opens to a driver page with the related data and feedback from employees.

The data and the comments from employees can help inform the action to take for the group to help improve engagement.

Additional comments for each driver can be accessed by clicking on the driver row in the Engagement Drivers list. The related driver data and associated comments will display on the detail page if available.
