Chat in the product
This is the fastest way to reach us. You can click the little chat icon in the bottom right of the screen at any time and someone from our team will get back with you as fast as we can (the chat window will give you an expected response time, but we try to be as fast as possible). This is also a great place to access the knowledge base. Any time you interact with us here we'll recommend articles to you to help you while you wait.
We're always available via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. This goes to the same place as the chat does so we'll be just as quick to reply. If email is better for you, that works for us!
